If desired, place lumbar pad inside brace pouch so that the desired support level is facing inward, and the logo is upright 2. Release secondary straps from main body 3. Use main body pull-pockets to center lumbar pouch on the back, and secure brace around waist 4. Use secondary strap pull-pockets to apply desired compression, and secure straps to main body , 1. If desired, place lumbar pad inside brace pouch so that the desired support level is facing inward, and the logo is upright. 2. Release secondary straps from main body. 3. Use main body pull-pockets to center lumbar pouch on the back, and secure brace around waist. 4. Use secondary strap pull-pockets to apply desired compression, and secure straps to main body.
