Coventry University students have once again played a key role in the Birmingham City FC first team squad’s pre-season preparations. BCFC players were welcomed to campus on day one of their pre-season regime ahead of the new EFL Championship campaign, where students utilised cutting edge facilities to deliver key physical tests and assessments, delivering insights and feedback to players and coaching staff. The data collected measured players’ fitness levels at the start of pre-season.
This course provides the opportunity to learn how the healthy human body works during exercise and how sport and physical activity promote health.
