These are solid and made out of soft polyurethane foam, very lightweight, with slightly concave backs.
I do not have any information on which sizes will fit which cup or bra sizes, so I have listed the dimensions of each size so you can figure out which size works best for you

If you're using this as a costume piece, you'll have to research which adhesive works best for you. Some people use spirit gum, two-sided breast form tape, even high-grade prosthetic adhesives & removers. These can also be backed with liquid latex for easier removal.
Even though this is listed as a costume accessory, persons who have had a breast removed due to mastectomy have used these as well.
