With a tea-length soft tulle skirt, comfortable cotton bodice with adjustable feature tulle straps and shirring at the back for stretch. The skirt is composed of four layers of our new softer, finer tulle as well as a cotton lining making it perfectly full. The tulle does not have any glitter like our Rosie dress. This is a stunning dress for your flower girls or special occasion. Designed by and exclusive to Oui Babe. Sizing Chest measurement is taken from the dress itself, it's not the child's measurement. It is from seam to seam if the dress is laying flat. There is some stretch due to the shirring at the back.Length is from shoulder (approximately, as the straps are adjustable) to the bottom edge of the tulle.
