This union suit (or long johns or long underwear) were made by Healthgard and are marked size 46 on the tag. (Be sure to check the measurements below as they are quite big on the medium-sized model.) I believe the fabric is 100% cotton. The undies buttons up the front and have one button on the trap door. These would be a great substitute for Christmas pajamas or the basis for a fun Halloween costume. These undies are marked a size 46. They were big on my model. He is about 5 feet, 7 inches; he wears a medium top, wears pants with a 33 inch waist and 29 inch inseam. The dimensions (measured flat and unstretched, so double where appropriate) are: chest -- 19.5 inches waist -- 17 inches length -- 59 inches arm length -- 21 inches Be sure to check these measurements against your own clothing as I don't take returns unless previous arrangements have been made. The long johns are clean and in very good condition. I gave them a good soak and washed them but there is a light stain on one of the ankles. I photographed them indoors and outside. There may be some yellowing in other areas but I'm not seeing them.
