Top adjusts from approximately 12" to 19 1/4", and bottom adjusts from 9" to 13 1/2". Condition is preowned and used. Adjustable from smaller to larger size. Mom used these in the 1950s on Dad's jeans to give them a nice crease and prevent shrinking. Uses solar energy and still works great today> Can also be used for hanging maps, or large photos, or for displaying scarves, fabric, etc. Box is considered by USPS to be oversized (due of length).
