Penny is one of the three main characters in the discontinued series C Students. She is voiced by Awkward Marina. AnimatedJames describes Penny as a "polite goody-two-shoes that just wants everyone to not be a dick". She is upbeat and friendly, though is insecure about her inability to make (more) female friends.
