How to useBefore first use, wash your reusable pad with cold water. Fit it in the panties with the printed side turned to the bottom. Do not forget to button it up. You can change it within 4 - 6 hours or when find it necessary.After use, you can hand wash or put it in the washing machine up to 30C (a quick pre-hand wash can be done before it). Air dry and reuse it!Important: avoid using bleach, fabric softener, iron, and dryer. Composition: cotton and PUL fabric.
