Welcome to Full Lotus Yoga! We have two studios in Metro-Detroit. One located in Grosse Pointe Woods and our newest location in New Center, Detroit. Being inclusive is one of our studio's most intentional characteristics. Our schedule of classes range from hot and sweaty to gentle and restorative.We love a dynamic and invigorating vinyasa class that challenges us to our core. We also love a soothing restorative practice that fosters intuition and self-care.Our diverse schedule was created around the idea that what we need as students changes from day to day. We believe that every body will find a class and teacher on the schedule to perfectly fit their daily needs.All of our classes are taught by certified, experienced teachers who have completed a training in yoga asana, alignment, & philosophy.
