Let’s be honest, we’ve all been called fat at one point in our lifting career. I remember for me it was after I went from 140lb to 220lb in my first year of lifting. I came home from University and the first thing my Mom said was “you got fat”. Rather than get hurt, I owned it. Lifting is a journey. We aren’t always lean. Sometimes we eat too much. And that’s fine.

We are the Fat Boy Squad and we like getting strong and eating food. Who’s with us?

This is printed on a HEAVYWEIGHT 100% Cotton tee (the heavy cotton won't shrink in the wash and allows the shirt to fit more comfortably)

The shirt is similar to American Apparel (and fits as such). Comfortable, light and durable. I am a little over 5`9 at 180 and wear a Large.
