Studio Vitality, Yoga and Pilates is a boutique Studio offering a variety of Yoga and Pilates inspired classes. We offer hot and non-hot vinyasa yoga, mat pilates and hybrid yogalates classes.
Our instructors have the experience of teaching to all levels and abilities, allowing them to cater to the individual needs of each student in our classes. We offer instruction in both the group and private setting and are here to meet the needs of each student individually.
