I always wear it on long runs just to be safe, but 60 minute mid week runs I don’t need it. It’s comfortable. It’s cute. It’s supportive and if you get it on sale, it’s very reasonable. (Hell, even at full price it’s reasonable.) It’s the @lululemon run times bra. NOW KEEP IN MIND, I have broad shoulders and prefer an H back to a Crossback.
