Well, I never received anything else from them, so I opened a chat session on the Torrid website just to learn that not only had they not actually processed the order, they actually didn't have the item in stock. They didn't charge me, but the fact that I had to go searching for the reason why my wife won't be receiving her gift today, and then having to tell her that I actually did attempt to get her something but got let down by this company is a reason I'll never shop Torrid again and will ensure others I know steer clear.'
