The Design This cute little thong is designed to be fully adjustable, to fit all the wonderful shapes and sizes. To achieve a well-fitted piece the pattern advises you on how to make your own modifications along the way. You first work the waistband by threading elastic through a knitted i-cord. The scalloped frills are then worked separately and sewn into place before picking up stitches along the waistband to work into the front of the garment. There is a little lace chart which is worked in the front piece before knitting the string with an i-cord and sewing in place at the back of the waistband. You will need Safety pin, needle and thread, tapestry needle & stitch marker Recommended Yarn 1 strand lace weight yarn for the frill (we recommend our Veranita base) 2 strands of lace-weight yarn for the rest (we recommend our Cotton Candy base) our latest 100% cashmere Glacé base Get creative with your uses of colour, and don't forget to tag us @qingfibre.
