Made in Soviet Estonia by knitting factory "MARAT" Modern size for ladies: Large- Extra Large Measured flat: waist 40 cm (16") hips 40 cm (16") The same models were produced for decades. Everybody wore the same kind of undies. the color scale of underwear was quite narrow: white, cream, pink and light blue. The symbol of Soviet- time underwear was a pair of light- blue knickers that reached to the knee. Like with almost all the other commodities, there was always a shortage of underwear.
