Janice Lorraine Daniel, age 71, of Panama, City Beach, Florida went to be with the Lord on July 21, 2023. Janice was born on March 11, 1952, in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Janice was a loving wife, sister, aunt, and friend. As the middle child in a family of five, she was the one who always wanted to play “nurse”, to listen, to help & offer a kind word. So, we were thrilled, but not surprised, when Janice finished school and enjoyed a very successful career as a Respiratory therapist. A career that allowed her to share that big smile, warm heart, and genuine concern for the well-being of others, with everyone. Janice also loved pets and had a special affinity for kittens. Anyone who was fortunate enough to spend time with Janice knows the world was a better place with her in it and now Heaven has gained a beautiful angel. Janice was preceded in death by her mother, Eunice Lorraine McDaniel, her father, Ulay William McDaniel, her brother, Gary Lynn McDaniel and her beloved husband George Daniel. Janice’s memories will be treasured by her siblings: Carol Dattoli, Diane Karnes (Minor), and Brian McDaniel, her nieces: Tara Murphy (Brian), Jamie Palmer (Josh) & nephew, Michael Karnes, and her step-daughters: Kristin Banks, Gina, Beardon, Catherine Daniel and their children.
